This is nice! Take a bit of wholesome life lessons, a pinch of sad backstory, some magical whimsy, and wrap it up in Slice of Life. It's like Frieren minus demon fights, add yuri.

I think the biggest issue for me is that she’s 10. The master/student relationship already creates an iffy power dynamic, but I can brush that off in fiction with some effort. Having her be so young, though…

I actually can't see how this is/will be romance either. Not that I want it to, for the same reasons as others. Cmiiw but I feel like it's one of those series that get tagged as yuri because of the magazine they're in? Those tend to be subtext-y with side couples, if any.

cute. also, this was published in yurihime y'all. i can't say what will happen but you shouldn't be surprised if an age gap romance is the key relationship. a face you shouldn't show is also in this magazine, which revels waaaay more in differences of age and power (which is cool and hot) than this will. like, you still don't have to like it but most of its paying readership will not care (cause they know its fiction and its fine).

Yes! Things happened and this kind of slipped out of the schedule.

At this point I think we'll be waiting for the volume raw next month just so we can release a version with higher resolution, as I'm also clearing out other obligations. Sorry for the wait!

This is just the first chapter, she might get older later like in Frieren. If she stays ten throughout the whole story then that is a bit sketch.
