Wow, this hoarder lady is even crazier than I thought... a catnapping and a grandmanapping, yeesh. I get that she went through something traumatic but this is beyond the pale. ALTHOUGH, I will say that people in that sort of manic, disconnected from reality-type state can do some EXCELLENT writing...

I gotta hand it to the mangaka. Sure, she's doing this sweet story about old people finding their worth in a hostile world, but she doesn't let that stop the plot twists and manic characters from turning everything upside down.

This thing is just so weird. It started off as a neat, unique premise, then very quickly settled into standard shojo tropes. By chapter 3 or so she already had a boyfriend and a standard issue fluffy cat. And now all of that is like it was in another manga, there's a whole new cast of characters and instead of love she's chasing some kinda online start-up dream. It's like the mangaka changed her mind after the first few chapters and started anew. All of this to say that I kinda expected more, the original premise seemed quite promising. Oh well.
