The kind of Shoujo cliché collection where after you read the summary you can already guess how it ends.

Aw, memories. Don't expect a masterpiece while reading this manga. It does have cliché points and a bit of a rushed ending. BUT. For years this manga has stayed as one of my favourites.
I am not sure what it is that makes this manga so charming to me despite its flaws. Nevertheless give it a try, it's not that long anyway.

@Istvan90623 Really, you can guess broadly how most stories end. And a lot of the ones you can't guess are deeply unsatisfying as stories. Predictability in itself is really not much of a criticism of a story--we tend to invoke it on stories, or styles of story, that we actually dislike for other reasons.

Of course it was predictable, all stories with such supernatural being either end up in tragedy or with giving up their powers. On the other hand, a story can be super unpredictable and still have terrible writing, pacing and shallow characterization.

This one has some really great characterization and the characters were pretty complex as people. The love did NOT feel forced and its development was so natural. All the romance parts felt pretty realistic, and the female character is really one of my favorites.

This manga's story is really nothing special, but from time to time I remember the name and re-read it. For many years, it's had a special place in my heart ^-^

Tho the extra story with the exorcist always breaks it lol
