Nice to have a little more backstory to Sasaki's power, even if I wouldn't have complained if they weren't of demonic origin.
Kind of interesting that Yuuki, the cowardly Highschoolboy, realized it immediately that dark Sasaki isn't normal, which means he knows (at least in his heart since long ago) that she loves him, but still likes to have his infidelity fantasies.
I do hope this stops, because even as a joke it is already overused.

Its just not realistic imo. He doesn't know she was magically possessed or something, so you'd think he'd at least have doubts about what she was saying to him, but instead just brushes it off with a welp, what do you do.

Yeah, you're right.
I wouldn't have had problems with him, if his self loathing and doubts would only occasionally resurface and dissipate as the story goes on, instead of them being his entiry personality. (Even then I would have been contend if the manga would acknowledge this as a problem and adress it through family, friends, etc.)
Hope it won't come as often, cause those 2-3 pages are the real filler here.
