Is not confusing, is just that he is mixing for the sake of arguing or he doesn't understand how Sasha came to be, at this points there liked 4 or 5 Sasha, the best way to understand it is basically a multiverse of Sasha and the fanbox is like alternative routes in a Visual Novel.

The original concept was a hentai with Sasha in random situations, after her popularity the author recreated it with a friend and her father in mini arcs in the hentai, then recreated her as a short story with the master which was the base for this serialization, people familiar with the previous Sasha wanted a "what if" of the serialization and the author was yeah why not, which are the fanbox, but the events of the fanbox are deviations of certain moments, which contradict events from the perspective of the manga...
