I'm also willing to bet that this sentiment is directed more at the fact that the MC has to acknowledge who Sasha is, how far she is from the idealized version of her he has in his head, and how this results in him becoming a more developed character. He can't stay this tightly in her orbit and not be changed by it, the way he's tried so far. He's gonna grow -- maybe in ways people who don't remember their own adolescence all that well will find shocking. And it's gonna be painful for him and painful to watch. But it'll be compelling to watch at the same time.

Or alternatively, it's Sasha who gets character development.

For anyone reading this manga, I strongly recommend that you stop right now. It may have started as a mix of Ijiranaide, Nagatoro-san and Karakai Jouzu no Takagi-san, but from this point on, everything is going to change. The author isn’t going to preserve her purity — Sasha-chan is going to turn into a complete slut. The manga is going to become something totally different from what it was in the first 29 chapters. So here’s my warning from someone who read the rest and got completely traumatized. I was wrong. I thought the wild things Sasha-chan said were just her way of getting closer to the protagonist who liked hentai, but she actually does everything she talks about and everything she implies she does.

No, in reality the author is just a straight-up degenerate. But if it really is the way you described, why didn’t he do this from the beginning? Why change the manga starting from chapter 30 onward? Why this sudden shift from a girl who seemed just curious to a complete slut? What happened to those friends of hers who were terrified that the protagonist would do something perverted to her? Why wasn’t the manga degenerate from chapter 1? That’s my biggest hatred for this piece of trash manga. Note: NTR isn’t just betrayal. It’s the feeling of jealousy/rage and helplessness at being unable to do anything about it. That’s exactly why NTR hentai exists with childhood friends, sisters, or even the protagonist’s own mother.
