Nah, I'm willing to bet most of the pro-V3 sentiment comes from folks who've seen the doujin version of this particular timeline. Sasha will be Sasha in every universe and acknowledging that isn't NTR. I'm also willing to bet that this sentiment is directed more at the fact that the MC has to acknowledge who Sasha is, how far she is from the idealized version of her he has in his head, and how this results in him becoming a more developed character. He can't stay this tightly in her orbit and not be changed by it, the way he's tried so far. He's gonna grow -- maybe in ways people who don't remember their own adolescence all that well will find shocking. And it's gonna be painful for him and painful to watch. But it'll be compelling to watch at the same time.

Or alternatively, it's Sasha who gets character development.

Still holding out hope. I like NTR doujins but in this particular story... I want a vanilla ending, even if it starts out as NTR.
