I dont like to discuss serious topics here but that end is wild considering that some of our countries are known for having a lot of centers of child sex tourism and exploitation, but hey lets complain about the artist for not taking real problems seriously
Whataboutism too much? Two things can be reproachable (and outright wrong) at the same time. It's valid criticism and a valid complain and it can be done anywhere in the world , including our home countries but also applies to this work and art it's not free from any type criticism.
I already dropped the manga but
I do complain about artists that actively through their media try to normalize irresponsable behaviours of adults, teens and children in a non-fantastic setting. This isn't some fantasy setting or something that via the narrative can at least enforce the suspension of disbelieve or that has been fleshed out as "safe" actions and attitude for a female middleschooler character to engage, it has been deliberately omitted though not shunned completely, i.e in one of the chapters Sasha pointed out "if something does end up happening to me you'll come and save me right senpai?" .
I just pointed out my issues with the work and after some kind people pointed out the author enjoys the gravure culture and well I do not, nor I will support him by reading the work I know does not approach this topics with the seriousness (at least in some regard) that they deserve.
