Gonna take a guess that this is just like that other recent oneshot about a girl who died in a truck accident, and her in her final moments her mind was stuck on a fucked up memory of what her final thoughts where.

My theory of what happened here was that her head actually fell off from the meat grinder somewhere on the floor of the factory, and this is all a dream she had in the few seconds that her brain activity was still active.

Her head then rotted away in the corner of the factory with no one to find it.
