Oooh did Matsu come to her old store to sneak up on the warden and his henchman and eavesdrop?! That or she needed to get some money, but with how smart she is I'm thinking it was the first. She was really smart about observing the guard watching for her at Sugumi's place too. I'm thinking her visit with Kiida may be something smarter than I had initially thought.
Matsu was very villainous this chapter. I thought she was going to take Sugumi's new wife hostage but it seems she just wanted to force some information out of her. I suppose at the end she decided she was of no use for her.
Matsu is scary...
