Yeah TBH it's kind of refreshing even given how thin the story is - I like The Guy I Was Interested In... and its ilk as much as the next person, but "high school girls slowly discover they're gay, much blushing and maybe eventual hand-holding ensues" feels a bit mined-out sometimes in yuri-land. A bunch of women who are just "I'm gay, you're gay, let's get busy" is, ngl, much closer to what the queer circles I know IRL are like.
