Bailed at ch 15 when her dad immediately ditches a 5yo* in a crowd at her first public event.
The only interesting thing about this is that the main character is a reasonably authentic 10 year old, which is super rare! Downside is, the main POV for deadly palace intrigue is an ignorant traumatized 10yo.
