she posts a blog online to try and better her land though the help of people who probably know better then her. this was the introduction to the idea.

It was poorly brought up in the wn/ln and just as abrupt in the manga, but honestly, it better then 3-4 chapters of finding the illness, figuring out what to do about it, making the post, waiting, and then this chapter... I like that it skips the in between as its not necessary.

while it is a know terrorism/bio weapon thing, it's also occurs naturally. Its also not a common thing so most people have no idea what it is (symptoms) so it fits perfectly in this story for what was needed.

For those a bit confused (the scene shifting between worlds makes it a bit jarring) the deal is:
- Last chapter Mitsuha was getting all flustered about just how many things need to be done in her new fief
- A short time later, back on earth, a blog is set up where she's "pretending" to run a medieval fief and asking people for advice about various things. People respond because they like to feel smart.
- Doctor McDoctorson found a request for help about a disease, printed off a copy of the pic and brought it into work to check it out.
- Doctor O'Doctor The Third walks by and goes "what historical archive did they dig that up from, no one gets that anymore"
- McDoctorson is like "no, it's totally legit, see the current issue of Shonen Sirius magazine there?!"
- O'Doctor secures an encrypted hard line to check it out because these are the only fictional doctors in history to actually care about infosec.
- "To the Doctormobile!" "You mean the ambulance?" "Not as cool"
- A goddess abducts these two doctors to a strange new land. Can they start a new life as wandering doctors in this fantasy world with their cheat ability "general practitioner"? Or will they just go home after fixing things?

Posting a picture with a newspaper or similar time released periodicals is a way to "time stamping" the picture of being at least as recent as the date of the periodical. So if I post a picture with a newspaper from 1 week ago, that picture was taken anytime from today to 1 week ago, but no older. In this case, Mitsuha wants to make sure that people understand that the picture was taken very recently and was not a copy from a historical archive.
