Well, this was resolved easily.
To be honest, I'm not sure if this issue needed to cook for two-three more chapters to flesh out everyone's character reaction around MC quitting the idol club without much of an excuse or explanation, because I don't like drama that goes on and on when it could be solved through basic communication. But! At the same time, for it to be resolved in less than two chapters just like that felt like it was a nothing burger, aside from establishing how MCs transformation may work and strengthening his motivation - these two could have been done without an attempt at drama.
I don't dislike it, but I'm not liking it either.
Hopefully MC's return gets explored in the next chapter.
