Had a good start but the punchline was weak since it is obvious who survived
Hari noticed Ruri touching her lips right before the accident, had the author used this detail and made the survivor say 'we kissed' he would've kept the ambiguity since we wouldn't know if it was Ruri remembering or Hari assuming

Woooo, that was amazing, what a concept, I never thought that such great story telling could be convey on such a short manga. I'm really amazed for the quality that this oneshot achieves when other after 100+ chapter can't even get close. It's a sad story through and through but one that I'm glad that I have experienced. The truth is that the moment that the moment that Ruri experienced that first kiss moment their full individuality was borne and they no longer could be one in the same, hence Ruri decided not to share it with here twin sister as to keep that as something that belonged only to here. Thank you Nakatani-sensei for this masterpiece.

It's Ruri name. It's supposed to make it ambiguous on which twin survived, but it's pretty obvious that Hari is the one who lived since she didn't know about the kiss. (Page 25)
