Uh, I think I read somewhere that this was axed.
It's so sad. Every time someone tries to do a yuri which is a little different than the mainstream, it gets axed after a few chapters.

This series is completed. It was axed after 2 volumes (10 chapters), but the author did get a chance ahead of time to wrap it up a bit.

The first volume has been available in English since early this year officially, and the second volume is finally getting released this month (Nov 24th, 2020 release date). Should be available on Bookwalker, Amazon, and other places. Just search for it.

I'm pretty excited to finally read the ending and see how well it was executed even though it was axed.
