There is difference though between talking smack and saying someone is incompetent and should be fired. Every student bitches about teachers assigning too much homework or keeping them in class after bell, that's natural, it's the "let's find fault in everyone, anyone" theme that was awful and unpleasant, sounded like bullies/mean girls talk about lower status students among themselves in manga.
