So what I've taken from this chapter is that if you pass the exam before someone that is also lined up at the same time as u to attempt said exam, then you've earned the right to boss around someone that is already in the exam room because they didnt even attempt the exam that grants that power.....this is so stupid that the debate i just watched as a non American, looked like rocket science
