Pretty bad adaptation imo. The art is subpar, but that can be circumvented. The critical error of this doujin is  atmosphere. There is zero atmosphere here.

The OG SCP 049 article was one that built its horror off of the little details, one by one. A menacing image of 049, reading that 049 has the ability to kill anyone it touches, its implied contempt for the plague known as humanity and understanding its motivations despite his perceived intelligence.

Now, what the hell is this? The foundation takes no safety precautions when faced against an abnormal scp, the audience never feels scared nor safe, and the ending "twist" where 049 just kills the doctor seems completely stupid. Why didn't you kill the doctor earlier, 049?

Yeah, this one's pretty bad.
