Search: language specific last updated

It's pretty hard and might not even be possible (didn't see it on the sticky, but I've been blind before) but here I go.

Currently something that happens a lot when you search by genre and sort by "last update", is that a pretty big chunk of what you see first, are updates to manga in languages you have filtered in options, meaning you check in and they aren't actually updated at all.

This is pretty frequent to people like me that start reading stuff that's more recently updated just because it means it's still being updated. rather than people who check through ratings or views.

Again I'm sorry if this was on sticky, didn't see it there myself, and also I realize it might not be something trivial to do, still wanted to put it out there.
