I recall reading this manga few years ago but I can no longer recall the name after this long.

In a modern world setting with different species of people. A young man wishes to date a elf girl but the problem is while she is his physical age she is also a hundred years older than him.

Sadly I couldn't think/find anymore to what it is. Hope someone else knows it. It sounds awefully familiar to me though specifically the 100 years part.
