Searching for two different titles

So i been searching and asking around to find these two manga

The first one is like gyaru and cthulhu the premise is: an ancient cthulhu monster is defeated now he slept all the way to the modern era now two highschool student found him and the girl decided to take him as a pet. As for the character description it looks like a japanese cartoon octopus but has one eye, no mouth and whole body is pink and covered in small tentacles

The second is a 4-koma comedy title the premise is: you will recieve a call from your phone asking you to turn around but the person who receive the call is preoccupied with something and the ghost is in a badspot or reluctantly help her victim and visible irritated by the situation because she couldn't do her task to scare her victim
