Partly to satisfy my curiosity, but also because I expect something very funny

Pretty sure you're talking about a yuri manga where the protagonist mediates with fighting couples because due a family trauma he becomes invisible after his stomach starts to hurt (like he had an ulcer) so they stop fighting and then reappears when it stops hurting. And only his childhood friend knows about it. The shame is, I don't remember or have saved the title.
Edit: there was a series about "guys shouldn't be between yuri" or something like that but that's not the good one.

Not really, I was more talking about the stuff the yuri crowd was complaining so much about.
A pal told me it was actually about characters they yuri-shipped getting into hetero relationships because the author didn't intend them to be that, and the yuri crowd getting assmad because their headcanon got disproven.

Love Lab was infamous for this a decade ago when the anime came out and people got yuri-baited, but it wasn't an actual yuri series. Is that the one, or was it a more overt Mr Steal-Your-Lesbian sort of deal?

I know exactly what you're talking about but unfortunately I've never encountered it in manga. For webnovels on the other hand, there are plenty. The story normally is an isekai/transmigration story where the guy gets transmigrated into a Yuri story/game and then he gathers a harem of the female leads who were in yuri relationships in the original story. I've seen a few NTR games with the scenario you want, actually, but never in a proper yuri game. There's also a subgenre of webnovels where the guy genderbends into a woman when transmigrating to appease the Yuri lovers because they only want to see cute and beautiful girls in the story, and can forgive her having the 'soul' of a man. Maybe you can look into the Isekai genre if you can stomach combing through it all, there could be a few

I think "Trapped in a Dating Sim: The World of Otome Games Is Tough for Mobs" is similar in a way or maybe the exact opposite.
The story is supposed to be a straight ending which gets changed to a harem ending with the guy getting married to the heroine and the villainess which can also be seen on the cover—wait isn't that like against the rules?— but I think there is better chemistry between the two women and even some characters in the manga itself ship them. I think those two are the only genuinely good main characters. There are also some yuri moments and at some point later in the novel they do it in bed while the guy secretly listens to them.
Honestly the story is kinda mid but very entertaining for the most part (just look at the tags). A lot of the characters and even the world itself is uniquely annoying or sad.
Apparently it's getting a second anime season this year and the full story is supposed to be like three books or major arcs or something.
I lost interest after the first but maybe I'll check it out after completion.

Yes, the "invisible" man is usually used for romcoms, being ecchi, harem or neither of them, because who is interested in the plain guy?
