@Archaron I assumed it was because when he was with the other two and the people were planning to ambush them, their names were reported to the higher ups of the baddie group

That and it’s possible the dudes that he beat up at the beginning of the story got his name but idr if that was the case

@Genoshock They were selling humans to the monsters remember, so they had connections with monsters and the MC was seen at the orc village when he interrogated that orc about the Dark elf's location. (I guess maybe he didn't kill that one orc?) I'm assuming the orcs reported it to them or all their monster connections were asked if they'd seen a man in a white mask.

At least that is my guess.
