Nah, judging by the 170+ chapters so far, he's so fixated on absolutely murdering everybody involved in his brother's death he ignores women completely. Not that I like it in my mango but at least it's kinda explainable by the plot.

He is capable of romantic feelings, but he prioritizes business first, to a large degree. He does put Edora quite high in his priority list and he shows it when it counts (at a later floor).
