Dude says he is gonna do it "alone" and the next thing he does is jump her. Just how much more "special" can he get? And his aunt is just a lustful bitch at this point, enjoying the situtation and taking advantage of it just as much as he is doing. She aint even trying to stop him or tell him this is something he should do "truly alone", by himself, without anyones help. Not that I'm defending him, but all of this is her and the family's fault. He very clearly hadn't been given any sort of sexual education by his family until he was 20 years old, and the first thing he's taught is that in order to masturbate, you do it by rubbing yourself on a woman. Masturbation is something that becomes an addiction if you do it every day, and nobody has ever taught him the proper way to masturbate. This way is literally all he knows, since nobody has ever told him otherwise. Even when he's told to "do it by yourself", he just assumes that means "rub on them without their help".
Add in his sister who taught him "it's okay to have sex with someone you like", coupled with the fact that nobody has taught him restraint (let alone proper sexual education), then of course he's going to turn out this way. He doesn't know he's doing something wrong, but he is starting to get confused about why his family is starting to act differently. Instead of actually sitting him down and talking to him, they all just give up and go along with it. Even when his sister told him they couldn't have sex anymore, she never explained the reason why, leaving him sad and confused instead of educated. The entire situation is messed up.
Edit: Obviously his attitude could change later and he could become a knowing scumbag. I just meant that as he is right at this point, that's the impression I'm getting of him

When an author tries to make me believe that a 20yo guy doesnt know about masturbation, never had a boner or thinks that sex is something only bad boys do, the only option i have left for me to believe it without thinking that the author is actually trying to bullshit us, is to think that the MC has some kind of mental issue.
And its not just about sex related things. From how he eats to how he behaves, everything makes me think that he has a problem up there. That totally makes it look like his family is at fault for not taking proper care of him and that once they get a taste of his dick they just take advantage of the "kid".
Still, i keep thinking that the author would like to actually have a much, MUCH younger MC, but by law he cant do it, but he still wanted to do it, so ended up designing an MC that feels retarded.
I mean, this setting with a VERY naive MC in his early teens would be believable, but with a 20yo... xDDD

I definitely understand why people think he has a mental problem given how he acts, yeah. I still think it's almost entirely the family's fault, though. But then, I've actually read several other series with an MC very much like this one, so you may be right about the author actually wanting a young kid. I can't see an adult character with this type of personality being all that common. Still, since I made that post, I've read up to the current last chapter. I don't know how far you've read, so I'll just say he's definitely changed and now I have all kinds of other thoughts about him and his personality.

Don't forget folks ... he was in a car accident when he was younger. It's not an excuse but brain damage as a result of a car accident that killed BOTH his parents wouldn't be uncommon.
