MAN . I Really got conditioned by other more current mangas cause this didn't turn out at all as I thought.
This chapter had me thinking this was gonna be about him making one mistake and falling from grace but it subverted a lot of expectations every time Yuki got involved.
It had a nice little say about perspective and a person's character. I thought this was good, definitely gotta read more

Not a fan of how nonchalant he was about cheating on his wife, but on the other hand it was refreshing to see a more flawed main character than the stuff we usually get. It also is a product of it's time, I am not sure how well a character like Shima would be received nowadays even in 21st century Japan adult audience. Given how this manga seems to have an staggering amount of spinoffs, I am guessing there is a place for him even today
