The MD put pages next to each other in such a way, that if you order pages right or move them by one using the dedicated option, you get an automatic "splicing" of double pages. 17+18 looks like it should, while 19 has few pixels "missing".

Personally, I don't ever have that setting turned on, I have mine set to one page at a time, because that's what I like. If I wanted to see the pages spliced together with MD, I'd have to click on the middle of a page to bump out the menu, then change to double page, make sure it's set to right setting of left-to-right versus right-to-left, be like "oh cool", then switch it all back to the original settings. But if the group uploads the page as a 2-page spread in a single image, I don't have to do any of that, it's just there. On the opposite side, if you do already have it in the proper double-page mode... you can literally just click to the next page, it is an entire 1 second of effort to just ignore the extra page. I think you'll survive.

But I will slap Raj on the back of the head and tell him to align it better next time lol

Ah, I always forget there are savages reading manga on phones, or poor people with small monitors reading in vertical mode /s

I mean I get the need for "double pages", its just so rarely made, that when its made and its misaligned it just makes it seems like "wasted effort". I think its second manga in like few months I stumbled upon with double pages done, and in both it was misaligned. Was wondering if MD has a good engine that removes some borders and stuff, or it does nothing part just displaying two next pages next to each other - one would mean aligning is a hard work, other would mean someone wasted effort on cutting pixels, where all that needed to be done is just put two images next to each other in paint

Anyway remember to bring some food to the basement where you keep Raj , keep him alive so that there will be more double pages, just better made after the head slap

Would be nice option, to allow uploaders to mark pages as "doubles", and then the reader would ignore them in double page mode, with possible toggle to still display them? Could also have the "splitter" mark like split-L/split-R so that you could mark both pages making a "double" correctly with them and then reader in all other modes would automatically "join" the splits into a double, adding them as bonus page (so you keep the 1 pages for proper full size reading), with a toggle to replace them splits with the double instead?

if not then i don't really know of a better way for making both the readers understand who the story is talking about and keeping it in the plot, maybe put parenthesis around the s(he) or making the she different

Japanese isn't nearly as gendered as English. There likely wasn't any 'she' or 'he' in that sentence and the translator just mixed it up. You notice how the Purgalist and the Fighter (arena loser) were using different pronouns and not catching each other? They likely weren't actually using pronouns at all. The translator just fills it in that way so the readers understand that 'this character thinks that character is male/female', because that's how sentence structures flow properly in english.
