It's weird that the dragon diet consists specifically of insects, plants and fruits. Lizards are omnivores and smaller lizards will eat insects (which are animals and therefore a type of meat) because that's what their size allows. Dragons are much bigger so the type of animal they will feed on will also be much bigger. Also, look at the fangs on those things, those are meant to rip apart tough meat.
But maybe they're exclusively insectivores and the bugs are giant in this world. That, or they're like pandas, and their bodies are poorly adapted to their diet so they spend their entire day eating to sustain their mass.
