Cheating doesn't have to be sexual though. It's a breach of trust, and what boundaries determine said breach also vary from person to person. A simple touch of hands can count as cheating under the right circumstances.

You can also be intimate without actual sex. I don't know if you can call lesbians being physically intimate with each other sex, and all the same I don't think I can call maturation sex. They are both used for pleasure, and they don't require literal coitus.

1. Ruga here has been unable to find relief for his entire length of service in the 6th squad where temptation was at every corner.
2. He also just completed battle with the queen of the succubus, after a very brief skirmish with the promise of relief ahead.
3. The commander, Leon, is half succubus herself, and is the main source of Ruga's frustration.

Starting from the top,
They made Ruga much worse off. His left arm was immobilized by magic, but he doesn't passout. Ruga also wraps Lexera's (the succubus Queen) corpse in a cloth and fights out of the underground before meeting Myu.
While he does end up embraced by Myuu, it isn't a lap pillow but a normal hug. It still presses on him though, just not on his head. The dialogue is sort of the same, but in a slightly different order. Basically, Myuu wants to repent/escape from her sin's and at that time be near him. Myuu asks for a reward at that time, and then Ruga promises to meet Myuu again.

Then he carries Shulam (the other succubus Myuu and him captured) who is also bound in cloth as well to drop them off at the cathedral. Myuu cries and sobs, though Ruga willfully ignores it, since Myuu wanted to end things with a smiling face. She agrees, and that is the last we see of Myuu (for a bit anyway).

Commander Leon does sigh, but only Madoka is there to admonish her behaviour. Leon's inner thoughts are what is bandied between her and Karla in the manga. Her thoughts of debauchery with Ruga make her 'melt' and act pervy, which is pointed out by Madoka as well. Madoka does sense Ruga, but Karla enters afterwards and reports Ruga has returned.

This causes Commander Leon to sprint to the main gate, greets Ruga, and then she leaps into his arms. She ignored everyone else.

There is no shown feast or events after that with the Knight Order. Madoka and Karla are not shown greeting him either.

We get a small scene shift that might be shown off next chapter, though I have my doubts, with Saint Flare. It tells us that Ruga reported to her about his success/keeping his promise. He declines the promotion to Commander (he'd replace Muuzark, as the 5th is currently missing a commander/captain), and doesn't tell the full story to Flare given his own feelings about his actions. Of background information, we learn (and might still) that the Succubus Queen was the second leader to be defeated. Preceeded by the Goblin leader.

I'll skip the rest of that scene in case it gets rolled up in a future chapter, but the maybe missing points are there. After this we swing back to Ruga's perspective where he is swinging a wooden sword while he waits.

He's hard enough that each swing of the wooden sword is swinging something else, which he contemplates is the path of dual wielding. He's trying to distract himself so he calms down before Commander Leon appears, it isn't successful in calming down, as she enters after knocking. . . which he doesn't hear.

Leon blows into Ruga's ears, which causes him to collapse onto the bed. She asks to sit beside him, before they talk about nerves. Ruga gets pulled into her cleavage head first, to hear her heart before she listens to his own. After that, she pushes Ruga down before straddling him and placing a hand on her breasts.

She asks which breasts were better, hers or the succubuses'. Ruga answers, and she undresses then, drawing attention to her 'womb tattoo' that succubuses have. Then we basically fade to black after we get the 'Please be gentle' exchange.


TL;DR;
Ruga is slightly more badass in the WN, and some order of operations are changed. They removed stuff with the Saintess, changed stuff with Leon, and their reunion and conversation changed. Also, the Web Novel doesn't show the results of his time with Commander Leon, it is implied he didn't immediately give the fastest premature ejaculation. And it also implies that it was more than once, in the next volume's chapter 0, which we never get, though I guess you could interpret the amount to be volume of semen instead in one burst. (Notably, the chapter 0's are Ruga's diary entries and give plot points for the future of the volume in a loose sense; so it is understandable why we don't get them.)
