Letter were never teared up to piece but taken by Princess Lily to destroyed(to save it and decrypt it).

Princess of Galack Kingdom was always with Rio that is why Rio was unable to meet Miharu after confession night and next day too was with dragged by princess so missed time to meet Miharu. Left over done by Takahisa.

It was given to Miharu in chapter 197 after decryption and princess promised her to meet her with Haruto.

LN volume 4 are released in English by JNC and Volume 13 was released 1st April, 2019 in Japan.

in the end of volume 9 Rio told Miharu that he is Amakawa = Haruto.

Volume 10 revealed to other people.

Volume 14 of LN gonna fight with Lucius
