I'm still a little confused tho....If Himawari is in love with him, why would she be upset that Aga isn't with them? I mean sure he's a childhood friend but normally I would expect her to be ok with being with just Outa? Unless...

What if they actually both like the MC? Seems kinda unlikely though...she keeps talking about Outa and clearly smiles more brightly in his presence?

I'm kinda surprised Outa never told her anything tho? Is he in the closet still?

I do hope the MC ends up with Himawari tho and not this new girl, which is typically how things go in romance manga. If he does end up with the new girl, Outa doesn't love Himawari so they'd never get together, which leaves the both of them as single and probably not very happy.
