HAHA i asked like 3 people if i should and in the end it still felt wrong (we actually use 999 here but that felt even more wrong)

Regardless of the region I think that '911' is the most widely known emergency number there is. As such i think it makes sense to use it when its a manga that's being translated to an international audience. On a side note it's '000' in Australia
