Funny to think that, since the store manager is the same person as from Muchi Maro's previous manga, that canonically the supernatural exists. The vampire MC also shows up in chapter 23 to support that.
Mangadex only has four chapters of it up but it's easy to find online if anyone wants to read it. It also got officially translated. I recommend it; it's more of the absurd, lewd type that this is. More horny actually.

What's stopping someone from reuploading those chapters to mangadex? Is it because there's an official translation?

Those are literally the rules of mangadex, uploading official release will get you banned in the site (rule 1.2) that also includes linking to sites that host rips from official translations in the forums (just google for yourself), if someone wants to fan translate an official licensed manga (except for some specific titles) they can, the issue sometimes is effort, is seen as pointless, sometimes is to avoid legal issues (again readers don't need to fear but scanlators and admins, they really could suffer).
