This one's not bad. I'll give it a 7.5/10, rounded down.
The art has a nice stylistic quality. The plot so far is basic; the MC is motivated mainly by leveling up and unlocking new abilities. However, the author gave him a backstory about being an ambitious corporate climber, so it's not egregious.
The manga is executed competently, and the MC has a personality, something I wish were standard in isekais.
The main problem is that the MC is overpowered, or will be soon enough. He can change jobs, but he gets to keep stat bonuses for leveling up his sub-jobs. That's unbalanced. Because he's both an herbalist and an alchemist, his income is OP as well.
In the first place, having a Class at all already makes you remarkable in that world.
There are ways to deal with this; the classical one being introducing enemies with their own cheat abilities.
You could also accept the OP-ness and make the non-combat stuff more important to compensate.
You could impose limits like having 10 Skills total, so specializing gives you power.
Or you could make absurd cheats the entire point.
What you can't do is pretend everything is normal. You gotta handle it in some way.
I'm looking forward to seeing what the author figures out.
