That's the trick. If you really want your sleeper agent to never be noticed, you have to leave in the personality traits that everyone knows that person for. They have to be a absolutely perfect rendition, including the character faults.

On a separate note...

Having just now caught up on my backlog on this title, I can say with certainty that I'm glad that "Talt" is now "Tarte". "Talt" didn't come off as sounding like a proper name.

But now "Matcha" is "Maha"? Why? Because when you take "Tarte" into consideration, then it only makes sense that the author would keep up with the theme in names and use "Matcha", which is a popular green tea flavor for sweets like matcha cake. (Cake and Tartes. Get it? They're supposed to be Lugh's "deserts".)

One I thing I realized was the cliffhanger will prolong the prince's life, Lugh, about few weeks or even a month. Your poison needle just cannot beat the cliffhanger.

I'd have to go back through everything chapter-by-chapter, but I'm certain at one point or another that she was "Matcha".

Instead Lugh does something that's considered nearly impossible, and as such is not guarded against.
