World where everyone gets a talent given to them when they come of age, so no one needs to really study or work at what they do, except the mc, but mc ran into some weirdoes willing to humor him and learn to use their skills/magic without relying on their Talents/Titles, just in time too because an Evil God/ Demon Lord was actually the source of their talents, and he revoked them all while flooding the place with monsters, to wipe humanity out. You know, then the climax happens, where the mc wasn't just a hardworking mc using skills manually, he was actually the reincarnation of a God that governs this world, and he hid his powers and memories in a tiny dragon pet, that was actually the mount of his dragon riding gf (in a previous life).
