Well no, even now in episode 194 of the raw web novel (published a week ago) they have not found believers of other gods. MC and the girls have acquired two pieces of equipment that "strengthen" Ariadne and have improved her abilities. Confrontations with other rival parties yes, even a serious shit caused by a member of the White Night Brigade, but no, no other gods or believers/rivals yet.

Ah! and Polaris will be the reason for the next big hit of the MC and his waifus.

I remember when the "hidden gods" was a huge topic about this. Someone commented that the "Creator" literally "failed" with Ariadne and put her as the first "Hidden God" on purpose. Once the seekers found out the truth to Labyrinth City, blessings, and the fact that each individual can only have faith with one god... They would most likely not select becoming a believer for Ariadne. However, if that person, after listening to the truth about being a "seeker to find hidden gods" still decides to become a believer of Ariadne and helped her reach 100% she would in turn become the strongest of the hidden gods... Would you happen to know if this is true or not? I was waiting for her reveal before I started asking about it.

I don't know if the "god" who created Ariadne put her in the labyrinth of the 8th district as the "first hidden god", the raw web novel and the english light novel don't clarify it, but it is true that he considered her a "failed product".

Whether or not she can become the strongest hidden god is debatable, but what she does have is a tremendous affinity with the MC's "Rearguard" ability, the hand seen behind her at the end of this chapter is something that she calls "Guard Arm of the Mechanical God", and in the novel says:
“If you intend to protect your companions from behind… then I will protect you from here.” The space around Ariadne warped to reveal a gigantic mechanical arm. She would use her remaining strength to protect Arihito and his party. She decided she wouldn’t sleep until she heard his voice. After all, a god did not need to sleep.

And that Guard Arm has already protected them against nameds that they have faced. Currently they have awakened/recovered/acquired two items compatible with Ariadne, an intelligent sword (with a personality of its own) called Murakumo and Alfecca a kind of vehicle that fits the image of "Iron wheel".

usually, they are just higher/older tiers of godhood.
Greeks mythology, for example, had the Olympian gods like Zeus and Poseidon who were born from the gods that came before, the Titans.
The Titans like Gaia, Cronus and Uranus were themselves were also born/created by the Primordial gods who were in turn created by Chaos ( the original "big bang" god of creation )
