maybe the programmers/dev team/writers didn't wanna bother with a fancy name b/c other than it being a 'vr' world game, i imagine most ppl wouldn't care as long as it healed hp or so versus Rona who can taste things as an original resident of this world, since the "Ipru Juice/Pie" was also simply named
