Based on how the chapters aren't even visible under the "Show Unavailable Chapters" checkbox, I assume the uploader actually deleted them, rather than them getting pulled due to DMCA.

On my screen only chapters 1-40 show up when I use the "Show unavailable chapters" checkbox. Chapters 41-56 from SilasMeanQuite don't show up, but I know I had read them in the past few days...

All of this was resolved in one of the threads for a later chapter (chapter 61) and the deleted chapters were restored.
