I give this a 6.5/10, rounded down.
"Urk" must be the worst name for a female love interest in a non-parody story. And that actually points to the main problem of this manga: It's not a parody. Everything is overexaggerated, but it's just not funny, because hypercompetent MCs who are ridiculously meek, and have a tide of love interests they actually do nothing with... are already the baseline of the genre.

Actually parodying it takes rare skill and cleverness, and the author simply doesn't have that yet.

At first I thought it was all right however the art style switched subtly and somehow art seemed to have gained like 40 extra pounds like wth

Honestly, the story is not bad or at least the idea of it, it's just super rushed in everything. If the author would've sat down and really thought about and developed the situations a bit more instead of just finishing everything in like two pages this would have been really really good. The art is super nice tho so plus points there.

Honestly, this is what I came here to comment on, the story feels like a scatter plot, there are only highs and lows, there is no in-betweens, or "meat" to it, author needs to draw some lines between those dots.
