I give this a 6.5/10, rounded down.
"Urk" must be the worst name for a female love interest in a non-parody story. And that actually points to the main problem of this manga: It's not a parody. Everything is overexaggerated, but it's just not funny, because hypercompetent MCs who are ridiculously meek, and have a tide of love interests they actually do nothing with... are already the baseline of the genre.

Actually parodying it takes rare skill and cleverness, and the author simply doesn't have that yet.
