@me474 That's as precisely the point, the prince was indeed a bad person at first and him coming to a realisation about him doing shitty stuff like others around him was his character, he tries to redeem himself by distancing himself from Ryouma but he gets reminded that just running away is not fixing anything. The prince's initial actions are never shown to be a good thing, him developing from that point is his arc.

he became better person? if he truly valued the boy for anything he should be his friend even if he chose to be a guy
but he attitude was literary : if you aren't a girl than i don't need you in my life
the boy by the end came to be so depending on the prince he can't imagine his life without him heck if he told him to cut his arm to be near him he'll probably do it
he developed Dependent personality disorder as he can't accept a life without him not really love in my opinion as he come to show submissive and clinging behavior as well as fears of separation
meaning if the prince allowed a guy to be near him even if he was male i call that fair but he didn't do it meaning he is bad and manipulative

@me474 You're completely making shit up now, how exactly was Ryouma dependent on the prince? Ryouma lived her life in whatever way she wanted, the prince literally did whatever she asked him to do. All the shit you just said is blatantly untrue. It's never even slightly suggested that Ryouma is dependent on the prince by anyways. Heck, they aren't even together as often as you seem to think. Ryouma has her own circle, she isn't even that alone, two other prince proposed to her immediately after they thought that she refused the prince. And you said that she would even cut herself to be with the prince? Despite the fact that she didn't even apologize to the prince a single time after they fought, despite it solving all their problems. Prince did stuff for her over and over again and she wa always rude to him, and couldn't even bring herself to confess her feelings to him out of embarassment, telling him that she hated him which made the prince leave for her own sake.
I suggest you actually read this manga, since it looks like you haven't done so in quite a while.

okay we'll probably never agree if the prince is white knight to you so be it
i won't read this mess again to gather evidence for my argument as convincing someone like you require evidence by each pages
and i won't suffer twice

@me474 Sure whatever, but know that as someone who has read this multiple times. You really didn't get it, or you don't remember anything.

From my POV it seemed like the prince was pretty dependent on her.
Plus she is the one who saved him, IMO he got what he deserved for how he reacted and continuously acted after he got saved by her, But I wished there were more flirty chapters in this manga, would have been really cute UwU

Edit: But he also did have a planet to think of and other planets connected in the union that he ruled over.

Solid character development; mainly the progression of the prince

I just knew this was going to be a gem from the one-shot, and I was... partially right. The translations were good, including the MangaFox exclusive one. Good times. Anyways, it had pleasant art, great comedy, well-built plot, the romance was adorable and I loved every characters kinda maybe not really. What’s best about this was the solid character development, the smooth storyline and the very okay!!! ending which made binge reading this manga so satisfying. Major downsides were that the world building had potential, but ultimately was very limited, chapters that could’ve focus on more romance and development were instead used for filler. Overall it’s pretty good, not the best but still definitely something you’ll visit again when you’re bored and would still enjoy it.
Also Ryouma has the same birthday as me (6/9) which is pretty neat

If you delete the minor mentioned gender change, it's just a romance comedy with some ups and downs.

As ludicrous as parts of this work may be, the self-sacrifice in the midst of conflict brought tears to my eyes. Though this lowly reader did not weep, this work did move my heart at times.

The plot and character development was great and I don't think the genderbend aspect were necessary.

Suprisingly good for a genderbender, just wish ship the other two had some closure though

I do wish he ship with Yuuta and Alecia had closure too, but otherwise I really enjoyed this manga. I'd love to see this get an anime adaptation. It really deserves it.
