Just read the raw from ch 120ish-165(last chapter). I'm disappointed that the big drama last for as long as 40+ chapter and only give 5 chapters before it ends

Spoiler: Reason for drama

They breakup because fmc stay together with her ex in a hotel to hide from the police (no cheating(?), they just stay together for the night, that's what i catch from reading the raw). At first fmc hide this fact from the mc, but she felt guilty. Later, she being honest with MC, but MC got angry and breakup with her. Almost 40 chapters later, MC with the help of fmc's Ex ride together to find FMC. After they found her, FMC then reject the ex and choose to get back together with MC. And around 4 or 5 chapters later, the manga finished with good ending.
