It's a fantasy story about a dumbass, case and point. He doesn't seek anything besides sex with prostitutes, while on itself it's not bad the way MC flows through the manga is.
Could we call it cucking manga like some pointed it out? No really since he literally has 0 relationships with women besides transactional. Could someone get cucked by a prostitute? I think only if you ask them to fuck someone else infront of you but thats voyeurism.

Basically it feels like a teenager with massive libido and 0 brain cells isekaid. Could anyone normal emphasize with this story, i doubt it.
What it is actually? A masochist manga, where MC could dominate many domains but due to his sheer stupidity and caveman like modus operandi he is looked down upon, shamed or insulted. Could this be a cuck manga? Easily, it just doesn't qualify because he doesn't go steady with anyone and all of his "adventures" are only with women related to night life.
Why easily? This "thing" doesn't have any boundaries, morals or wishes. He is okay with everything sexual, basically author tries to encompass all fetishes in one not understanding that some fetishes scare away readers.

To this day: Voyeurism, traps, exbitionism, gilfs, milfs, classic, cosplay, foursome(threesome), porn tournaments, infidelity (but seen as something normal), cherry poppers. Maybe i've missed something, some of them are mild and can be tolerated but some outright scare of chunks of readers and with every new extreme fetish introduced it just increases those chunks.
Overall, it indeed gives off a cuck manga vibe despite not having actual anything related to cucking (for now). Which should already scare off many readers.

If he were a stupid teenager i would likely not mind all of that, he is a grown ass man and as a grown ass man i cannot relate to him at all, i find more relatability with classical beta MC types than him and it says a lot.
