If anyone asks what are the best historical manga I've read, this title is safely made to the list.
This is very popular in Japan but less popular with global fans.
That's pretty unfortunate. In Japan, this is already in its 3rd sequel and is still ongoing.
I honestly thought that the main character was too annoying at first, which held me back a little while reading, but too much excitement made me finally get involved in a big conflict in it, full of war, tense and some sentiments. Also, the art will improve, more realistic, and the mixture of Vangabond feels.
This is included in my long-term reading list.
