Might be late to the party but I'm quite skeptical that the elf Loli might have some sort of magic resistance even though she has the same issues with the mc but worse, still her body might adapt later due to a mana type shift or something, although the mc is still average in terms of survival yk (even though he probably didn't even show boiling the water)
