It's good except the one trope I can't stand. Does the MC stop assuming they are delusional or does it just stupidly continue on? "I am trapped on an island with an elf girl who can use magic, monsters I have never seen or heard of before, yet she is delusional and has mental issues..." It's the reason why I can't watch "I Parry Everything" and "The Unaware Atelier Master" type shows.
