I mean yes, but no. In Japanese his name is オードル (oodoru). The name here is ルードォ (ruudo). It's mostly backwards, but slightly rearranged. He did something similar in ch16, where he said his name is ルーオド (ruuodo) (which I translated as Llordo). Lodro would be fine, but I would argue it's not quite what he said. But I guess he didn't quite say Llordo before either, so.
