The ending was nicely written admittedly, at least didn't result in an "Everything stayed the same(except the mcs became slightly more aware of their romantic feelings)" situation and felt like a delightful bow on top a present.

But a spin-off series like (Moto) Takagi-san is a VERY great idea if it ever happens. A man can dream, right?
