I'm not sure if her name is supposed to be a pun of some sort...? 不知火零
不知 means not having, or not knowing. And 零 - rei, can sound like 礼 - manner. So her name can mean "lack of manners" if we ignore the 火. I don't know, this is just something I'm guessing. Maybe I'm completely off and just looking too much into this. My Japanese knowledge is still very subpar.
